The Vision

Join us on October 31st, from 3pm-6pm for our first annual Harvest Trunk or Treat! This family-friendly event is an opportunity for our church family to come together and reach out to our community with the practical love of Christ.

We want to provide a safe, welcoming, and joyful environment where families can enjoy an evening together, kids can have fun, and our community can experience the love of Jesus in a genuine and practical way.

There will be carnival games, candy, warm beverages, and plenty of opportunities to connect with our neighbors. Most importantly, we want to create opportunities to build relationships and share the hope of the Gospel.

Whether you love serving behind the scenes, interacting with kids, welcoming people, or simply connecting with your community, there's a place for you!

Want to be part of the fun? Bring your car and host a trunk! This is a great opportunity to get creative, interact with families, and help make our Harvest Trunk or Treat a memorable night for the kids.

Decorate your vehicle with a fun, family-friendly fall theme and get ready to welcome our community!


How It Works

You can set up your trunk in one of two ways:


Create an Activity
Come up with a simple game, challenge, or activity that kids can participate in to receive a prize.


Keep It Simple
Don't want to run an activity? That's totally fine! Simply decorate your trunk and hand out candy to the kids.


Candy will be provided, so you don't need to purchase your own. However, if you'd like to bring additional candy or treats, you're more than welcome to!


Trunk Guidelines

To help us keep the event consistent with our purpose and welcoming for everyone:


  • 🍁 Keep your decorations fall-themed and family-friendly.
  • 🚫 Nothing scary or frightening. This event is not intended to celebrate Halloween.
  • 🚫 Nothing inappropriate. Please keep decorations, costumes, activities, and prizes appropriate for children and families.
  • Keep activities simple and realistic. Kids should be able to participate and have a reasonable chance of completing the activity.
  • ✅ Your trunk setup and activity must be approved by our event coordinators.
  • 📞 Our event coordinators will contact you after you sign up to discuss and approve your trunk, decorations, and activity.



Most importantly, have fun with it! Get creative, work together with your family or friends, and use your trunk as an opportunity to welcome people into our church community and show them the love of Christ.
